• 4 Zone Lifestyle Evaluation: this twenty-page questionnaire works to indentify and prioritize the physiological “zones” so that the most effective techniques for correction can be utilized. These areas are You Are What You Eat, Circadian Health, You Are When You Eat and Stress.

• The Advanced Level Metabolic Typing Nutrition Program: the online assessment questionnaire is a complex computer program that prioritizes and weighs your answers to determine your genetically determined Metabolic Type. No lab tests, clinical testing, or questionnaire can do this to the degree of accuracy as this system. You’ll receive an extensive Metabolic Typing report, a Personalized Food List, Diet Record Check Sheets to track your progress and an Individualized Supplementation List.

• 4 hours of exercise instruction: the first session is a structural assessment and movement analysis that provides us with enough information to personally-tailor the program to you and your individual needs. The remaining 3 hours are split into 6 high-intensity workouts that are 30-minutes in length. You’ll also receive a weekly program of daily exercises to do on your own.

• 1 hour of nutritional counseling: you’ll receive 20-minute coaching sessions over the first two weeks to help integrate your new nutritional program into your daily routine.
