FAQ’s

What do the training packages include?
Most of the packages are variations on a theme; exercise, nutrition and stress control. The one you choose will depend on your specific needs, but the foundation for each are the comprehensive assessment protocols which include movement analysis, biomotor abilities assessment and the Metabolic Typing Advanced Level nutritional screening.

In addition, there is a 35-page Lifestyle Questionnaire that provides insight into the present function of the most important bodily functions and provides insight into physiological stressors such as poor nutritional habits, inadequate sleep, fungus, parasites, etc. By uncovering and correcting imbalances among the many systems of the body, the participant can achieve optimal performance more effectively. From this information, a detailed training and nutritional plan can be designed.

What if I have an injury or orthopedic problem?
In addition to the above mentioned program components, there are additional spinal/joint measurements and muscle testing tests that provide information necessary to custom design the program to work around and/or resolve the problem.

Will you consult with my doctor or other health providers?
The reason to be so meticulous with information gathering is to give you the most personalized service possible. This also applies to collecting any relevant medical reports, images, or test results and keeping your health care provider informed.

Do you involve any other practitioners?
I work with a select group of professionals that I have had many years of personal experience with. They specialize in such fields as bodywork, acupuncture, physical therapy, movement education, medical lab test consultation and advanced nutritional programming.

How often do I train with you and how long is each session?
Both those questions depend on the individual needs and goals of the participant. I see some people every day to once every few weeks. The length of each session could be 30 minutes to as long as 90 minutes. Each person is unique and their program should reflect that to make achievement of goals possible. Every six to eight weeks a re-assessment will be performed to keep the program in pace with your progress.

Where will we meet?
That also depends on your individual needs. Some participants require only the simplest need for equipment and may choose to be trained in their home. For those with more intensive needs, use of a private studio or access a large gym with more space for dynamic training is recommended.

Can the programs be done remotely?
Yes. The entire list of programs and services can modified to accommodate someone who is self-motivated, perhaps travels extensively or lives in another area of the world.
